Our WORKSHOPS

Loud Speaker workshops empower young individuals through dynamic experiences. From ‘For Love or Money’ to ‘Game Face,’ we cultivate public speaking, confidence, resilience, and enterprise skills in an engaging atmosphere, fostering personal and professional growth.

Where it all began… Our flagship workshop focusing on public speaking & confidence building.

We want young people to be passionate about using their voices for two key reasons. Firstly, to speak about the things they are passionate about and to use their speaking ability to affect positive change in their local communities and their own lives – ‘For Love’. Secondly, to use their voice as a key tool to progress along their professional journeys, whether that be interviews, sales, meetings, networking, or setting up their own businesses or social enterprises – ‘For Money’.

AIMS & OUTCOMES

Young people will learn vital speaking skills that boost employability outcomes.

Young people will have the confidence they need to set high aspirations

Young people will learn communication tools for their personal lives

Young people will develop their social skills and meet new people, forging new friendships

Young people will enjoy the energetic and fun atmosphere, because we all learn more when we enjoy it

Our most social workshop; focussing on teamwork, problem-solving, creativity, leadership and opening up the world of enterprise to young people.

Every young person is a champion by the end of MoneyBall. From moment one, young people are divided into team; mixing them with peers they may not have had meaningful interactions with previously. In their teams, they will engage in a series of games and tasks carefully selected to develop and test an array of skills!

AIMS & OUTCOMES

Young people will understand what strong leadership looks like.

Young people will have the perspective needed to unlock their inner resilience.

Young people will enjoy the energetic and fun atmosphere, because we all learn more when we enjoy it.

Building on the skills learned in ‘For Love or Money’, this workshop focuses more specifically on interview skills and speaking with authority.

The dreaded Interview… Scary people asking difficult questions with real money on the line. Whether young people are interviewing for their first part-time job, or their dream job – they will need to know how to tell their story, be likeable and engender trust – all while knowing what to say, and what not to say. This workshop teaches learners how to bring their best selves in life’s most universal pressure situation.
